PRIVACY
How we use your information.
When you start a brief, request a reel or get in touch, you share a few details with us. Here’s what we do with them, in plain language. It covers South Africa’s privacy law (POPIA) and, for visitors in the UK and EU, the GDPR.

WHO WE ARE
Stamp Collective (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/457899/07, a production company based in Cape Town, South Africa. We’re responsible for your information.
Caron Sandler, Production Director, is our Information Officer, and Brett Sandler, Operations Director, is our Deputy. Both are registered with the Information Regulator. For privacy questions, email Brett at hello@stampcollective.media.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Your name, organisation, email and what you’re planning, plus your phone number if you choose to share it. If you email, WhatsApp or book a call with us, we also keep what you share in those conversations.
We need your name, organisation, email and a line about your project to reply properly, so we can’t respond to a brief or send a reel without them. Everything else is up to you.
WHY WE USE IT
To reply to you, put together a proposal or a reel that fits, and ask questions if we need more detail. We do this because you asked us to.
If you tick “Keep in touch”, we keep your details after your brief or request and may contact you by email or phone if something relevant comes up. We only do this with your consent. It isn’t a newsletter, just our team getting in touch now and then. You can ask us to stop at any time, and every message will tell you how.
We don’t use your details for automated decisions or profiling.
WHERE WE KEEP IT
In a secure Google Drive spreadsheet that only our team can open, and in our Google Calendar when you book a call. Your details also pass through Squarespace, our website platform, and through Google and WhatsApp, which we use for email, messages and calls. These services may store data on servers outside South Africa, the UK and the EU, under data-protection agreements that cover how they look after it.
We never sell your information. If specialists join your project, they see only what they need for the work.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
12 months after we last hear from you, then we delete it. If you’ve said yes to keeping in touch, we keep it until you ask us to stop.
If you become a client, we keep project and invoicing records for as long as South African law requires.
COOKIES
Squarespace uses cookies to keep our site running and, if you agree, to give us anonymous visitor numbers. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner.
YOUR RIGHTS
The information is yours. At any time, you can ask us to:

A copy of the information we have about you.
Stop or limit its use

Correct or delete it
